Abstract
The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a nutrient medium for cultivation ofalga Anabaenopsis sp. and can be used to produce algal biomass used as a source of proteins, glucides, vitamins and in agriculture as a biofertilizer.According to the invention, the nutrient medium comprises: HCO3 - - 109.8…122.0 mg/L; NO3 - - 1.39…1.80 mg/L; NH4 + - 3.51…4.63 mg/L; Ca2+ + Mg2+ - 2.4…3.0 me/L; Cl- - 99.4…126.0 mg/L, having the pH 7.19…7.40 and is obtained by mixing with distilled water the typical black soil - 33.4…66.7 g/L, yellow clay 34.0…66.7 g/L, pit sand 67.0…68.0 g/L, followed by filtration through gauze and 2-x filtration through filter paper.
