Abstract

The invention refers to phycobiotechnology, particularly to a process for cultivation of Dunaliella salina green microalga - source of valuable biologically active substances and can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, cosmetology. The proposed process includes cultivation of Dunaliella salina on a nutrient medium containing the culture fluid resulting from cultivation of Spirulina platensis, containing ions, mg/L: HCO3 · 3050,0, NO3 · 281,0, C1· 596,2, SO4 2· 97,53, K+ 400,0, Ca2+ 8,0, Mg2+ 24,32, Na+ 3800,0, to which is added a magnesium salt in a concentration of 20...50 mg/L Mg2+ and 1N HCl solution up to the pH of 8,5...9,0, and then NaCl in the concentration of 60...125 g/L.
