Invenţia se referă la ficobiotehnologie, în particular la un procedeu de cultivare a microalgei verzi Dunaliella salina - sursă de substanţe biologic active valoroase şi poate fi utilizată în industriile alimentară şi farmaceutică, cosmetologie.Procedeul propus include cultivarea Dunaliella salina pe un mediu nutritiv ce conţine lichidul cultural rezultat de la cultivarea Spirulina platensis, ce conţine ionii, mg/L: HCO3 · 3050,0, NO3 · 281,0, C1· 596,2, SO4 2· 97,53, K+ 400,0, Ca2+ 8,0, Mg2+ 24,32, Na+ 3800,0, la care se adaugă o sare de magneziu în concentraţie de 20…50 mg/L Mg2+ şi o soluţie de HCl 1N până la pH-ul 8,5…9,0, iar apoi NaCl în concentraţie de 60…125 g/L.
