Abstract

The invention relates to microbiological industry, particularly to stems producing proteine biomass.The aim of the invention is to obtain the algic stem with a high productivity of a biomass.The stem Spirulina platensis (Nordst) Geitl CALU N 835 was collected from a lake from Moldova. The stem makes it possible to obtain the biomass which contains 65-70% of protein, 10-15% of glucide; 2-5% lipide; 7-10% mineral residul, vitamin from group B, vitamins E, β caratene. The stem is cultivated in a watering medium from hendroppings. The productivity of the stem on the fith day is 1,6 g/l of dried substance on medium Zazzuk till 2,0 g/l. The stem can be used for industrial production of vitamin-proteinic biomass and the utilisation of the offals from poultry farmings.
