Abstract
The invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to nutrient media for Haematococcus pluvialis green alga cultivation, used as source of ?-carotene and astaxanthin. Summary of the invention consists in that it is proposed a nutrient medium for Haematococcus pluvialis green alga cultivation, containing NaNO3, KH2PO4, NaCl, CaCl2, MgSO4 7H2O, ZnSO4 7H2O, CuSO4 5H2O, H3BO3, FeCl3 6H2O, Co(NO3)2 H2O, EDTA, distilled water and sources of the cations Mo6+ and Mn2+. Complementary, the medium contains K2HPO4, in the capacity of Mo6+ and Mn2+ cations sources there are added (NH4)6Mo24 4H2O and MnSO4 H2O, respectively, in the following component ratio, mg/l:NaNO3 299...301KH2PO4 19,9...20,1K2HPO4 79,9...80.1NaCl 19,9...20,1CaCl2 46,9...47,1MgSO4?7H2O 9,9...10,1ZnSO4?7H2O 0,099...0,11MnSO4?H2O 1,49...1.51CuSO4?5H2O 0,079...0,081H3BO3 0,29...0,31(NH4)6Mo24?4H2O 0,29...0,31FeCl3?6H2O 16,9...17,1Co(NO3)2?H2O 0,19...0,21EDTA 7,4...7,6distilled water up to 1 L.The result of the invention consists in providing a high level of the carotenoids synthesis.Claims: 1
