Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în particular la microbiologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea carotenoidelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul propus de cultivare a algei verzi Haematococcus pluvialis (Flotow)include inocularea aplanosporilor verzi în vârstă de 2 săptămâni din momentul transformării lor din celule verzi flagelate în aplanospori verzi pe mediu nutritiv mineral, care conţine (mg/L):KH2PO4 19,9…20,1(NH4)6Mo7O24 · 4H2O 0,29…0,31Co(NO3)2 · H2O 0,19…0,21Alga se cultivă pe mediul nutritiv dat timp de 7 zile, intensitatea iluminării fiind de 1500…2000 lx, pH de 6,8…7,2 şi temperatura de 25…27°С.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în reducerea timpului de cultivare a algei şi în sporirea productivităţii carotenoidelor.
