Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologia microbiologică, în special la procedeele de obţinere a biomasei algei verzi Haematococcus pluvialis, utilizate ca sursă de carotenoide.Co(NO3)2 · H2O 0,19…0,21apă distilată până la 1 L.Intensitatea iluminării constituie 1500 lx, pH - 6,8…7,2 şi temperatura - 25…27°C. Inoculatul se adaugă în mediu în cantitate de 0,3 g/L. În a doua zi de cultivare în acest mediu se adaugă compusul organic tetranorditerpenă 9-episclareolidă în cantitate de 0,025…0,075 g/L.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea productivităţii biomasei algei şi sintezei carotenoidelor.
