Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologia microbiologică, în special la procedeele de obţinere a biomasei algei roşii Porphyridium cruentum, sursei de ficoeritrină, substanţelor biologic active, acizilor graşi polinesaturaţi şi exopolizaharidelor şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea materiei prime pentru industria farmaceutică şi în cosmetică.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea, că procedeul include cultivarea porphyridiumului în mediu pe baza apei de mare la temperatura de 24-26°C şi iluminare continuă, unde durata cultivării este de 7 zile, iar iluminarea culturii se efectuează diferenţiat în dependenţă de perioada de creştere - 2000 lx în faza lag şi 3000 lx în celelalte faze, adăugând suplimentar compusul diterpenic sclareol în cantitate de 0,01-0,015 g/l.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în asigurarea unui nivel înalt al productivităţii şi micşorarea considerabilă a perioadei de cultivare.
