Abstract

Invenţia se referă la sistemele de control al mişcării vehiculelor, în special la procedee şi dispozitive de control al respectării regulilor de circulaţie rutieră, şi anume al respectării regimului de viteză.Procedeul propus prevede prelucrarea comună a semnalelor de la un radiolocator şi de la o cameră video panoramică. Fluxurile de date, obţinute de la camera video şi radiolocator, se utilizează independent, după care acestea se compară şi se obţin date despre viteze şi coordonate cu o probabilitate redusă de eroare la identificarea vehiculului, care comite încălcarea.Dispozitivul de realizare a procedeului propus este constituit dintr-un radiolocator cu un modul de procesare a semnalelor, care asigură calcularea vitezei şi distanţei tuturor vehiculelor, care se află pe segmentul selectat al platformei drumului, şi o cameră video panoramică.Rezultatul tehnic constă în aceea că procedeul dat şi dispozitivul de realizare a lui asigură reducerea probabilităţii de eroare la identificarea vehiculului, care comite încălcarea, măresc întinderea zonei de control al regimului de viteză de deplasare până la câteva sute - mii de metri, permit de a reduce cheltuielile de construcţie şi întreţinere a estacadelor pentru instalarea dispozitivelor de control al regimului de viteză.
