Mediul nutritiv propus contine peptona, glucoza, extract de drojdie, melasa, acetat de zinc, alaninat de zinc si apa potabila pana la 1 L, in urmatorul raport al componentelor, g/L:peptona 20,0glucoza 20,0extract de drojdie 10,0melasa 69,0…87,0acetat de zinc 0,31…0,33alaninat de zinc 0,13…0,19apa potabila pana la 1 L.
