Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tulpinile de microorganisme producătoare de substanţe biologic active, şi anume la o tulpină de drojdie Saccharomyces carlsbergensis care poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea sterolilor, în special a ergosterolului precursor al vitaminei D2.Tulpina de drojdie Saccharomyces carlsbergensis, depozitată în Colecţia Naţională de Microorganisme Nepatogene a Republicii Moldova cu numărul CNMN-Y-15, posedă proprietatea de biosinteză a sterolilor.Rezultatul constă în obţinerea până la 3,8…3,9% steroli în biomasa uscată.
