THE INVENTION SEEKS TO PROVIDE AN ORGANIC WASTE DISPOSING METHOD CAPABLE OF SUPPRESSING THE PRODUCTION OF AMMONIA AND METHANE IN A DISPOSAL PROCESS BY ACCELERATING AEROBIC FERMENTATION AND INHIBITING ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION, THEREBY TO OBTAIN WELL-FERMENTED PROCESSED PRODUCTS. FURTHER, THE INVENTION PROVIDES AN ORGANIC WASTE DISPOSING METHOD COMPRISING THE STEPS OF FORMING DEPOSITED ORGANIC WASTE HAVING 20% TO 40% OF POROSITY HOMOGENEOUSLY IN THE VERTICAL DIRECTION AND FERMENTING THE DEPOSITED ORGANIC WASTE IN THE PRESENCE OF 0.01% TO 1.0% BY WEIGHT OF MICROBIAL ADDITIVES INCLUDING PEDIOCOCCUS BACTERIA, YEAST CELLS, BACILLUS (BACILLUS MICROBES), STREPTOCOCCI AND STAPHYLOCOCCI WHILE ADJUSTING MOISTURE CONTENT OF THE AFORESAID ORGANIC WASTE TO 20% TO 80% BY WEIGHT.
