Abstract

Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, in particular la un mediu nutritiv pentru cultivarea tulpinii de drojdie Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 si poate fi utilizata la obtinerea biomasei de drojdie pentru industria alimentara, industria producerii suplimentelor furajere, industria farmaceutica, veterinarie. Mediul nutritiv pentru cultivarea tulpinii de drojdie Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 contine, la 1L: sulfat de amoniu 3,0 g, sulfat de magneziu 0,7 g, clorura de sodiu 0,5 g, azotat de calciu 0,4 g, dihidrogenofosfat de potasiu 1,0 g, autolizat de drojdie 10 ml, melasa 20 g, clorura de tricloracetat de zinc 5,0(10 mg si apa potabila restul, avand pH-ul 5,5. Rezultatul inventiei consta in sporirea productivitatii biomasei de drojdie si a continutului de carbohidrati.
