Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу подготовки табака к производству курительных изделий, в частности к способу увеличения объема табака.Цель изобретения - повышение качества обрабатываемого табака.Способ включает обработку табака газообразным азотом и/или аргоном под давлением при 0-50оС с последующим снижением давления до атмосферного и термообработкой. Обработке газообразным азотом и/или аргоном подвергают табак влажностью 5-17%, а перед термообработкой табак в течение 0,5-10 мин. пропитывают насыщенным водяным паром с влагосодержанием 0,5-10 кг/м3.
