Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, în special la un procedeu de fabricare a vinului spumant natural.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include tratarea vinurilor materie primă, pregătirea licorilor de rezervor şi de expediţie, prepararea amestecului fermentativ cu un conţinut de zahăr de 22…24 g/dm3, fermentarea secundară până la un conţinut de zahăr de 4…8 g/dm3, decantarea amestecului fermentat de pe sedimentul de levuri, refrigerarea acestuia la o temperatură de la -2 până la -4°C cu menţinerea în decurs de 48 ore, filtrarea sterilizantă, amestecarea vinului spumant cu nectar de fructe sau pomuşoare, în cantitate de până la 20% mas., cu menţinerea în decurs de 1…3 săptămâni la o temperatură de -2…0°C şi agitarea de 2 ori pe săptămână, filtrarea grosieră, administrarea opţională a licorii de expediţie şi îmbutelierea izobarotermică.
