Abstract

Invenţia se referă la ingineria genetică, în particular la o succesiune nucleotidă izolată a promotorului genei sintazei acetohidroxiacizilor şi poate fi utilizată pentru selecţia plantelor.Succesiunea nucleotidă izolată a promotorului genei sintazei acetohidroxiacizilor pentru expresia genelor în plante este selectată din grupa succesiunilor SEQ ID nr. 1, SEQ ID nr. 2 sau SEQ ID nr. 3. Se propune, de asemenea, un vector de transformare a plantelor, care conţine succesiunea nucleotidă menţionată, un procedeu de expresie de un nivel înalt a genei heteroloage în plantă şi în diverse ţesuturi ale acestei plante, un construct de acid nucleic care conţine succesiunea nucleotidă, conjugată cuogenă heteroloagă, şi o metodă de selecţie a materialului vegetal transgenic, rezistent la erbicide.
