Abstract
The invention refers to the alcoholic beverage industry. Summary of the invention consists in that the composition contains hydroalcoholic macerate of vegetal raw material: sweet flag calamus rhizome, brandy mint leaves, liquorice, pine buds, herbs of marjoram, St. John's wort, milfoil, as well as alcoholized apple juice, alcoholized grape juice, sugar, caramel, citric acid and hydroalcoholic solution; the vegetal raw material and the ingredients are taken in the following ratio for 1000 L of final product, in kg:sweet flag calamus rhizome 0,050...0,075;brandy mint leaves 0,51...0,71;liquorice 0,85...1,15; pine buds 0,04...0,06;marjoram herb 0,25...0,35;St. John's wort herb 0,55...0,77;milfoil herb 0,55...0,74;sugar 68,30...89,80;caramel 8,50...11,50;citric acid 0,07...0,11;in L: alcoholized apple juice 68,0...92,0;alcoholized grape juice 153,0...207,0;hydroalcoholic solution the rest, up to the strength of 42,0 0,3% vol.Claims: 2
