Balsamul se prepară în felul următor. The balm is prepared in the following way.
Materia primă vegetală se mărunţeşte şi se amestecă. Maceratul din materie primă vegetală se obţine prin macerarea dublă a materiei prime vegetale mărunţite cu soluţie hidroalcoolică în raport de 1 : 7. Prima macerare se efectuează în decurs de 7…9 zile cu soluţie hidroalcoolică cu tăria de 70% vol., după care extractul se scurge. Macerarea a doua se efectuează cu soluţie hidroalcoolică de 50% vol. în decurs de 5 zile cu scurgerea ulterioară a extractului. Maceratele de la prima şi a doua extracţie se unifică într-un vas de cupajare şi se menţin în decurs de 3 zile. Apoi în el se introduc: extract hidroalcoolic de 5…10% din seminţe de struguri, extract hidroalcoolic de 50…55% din biomasă de Spirulina Platensis de 10g/L, vin roşu de desert cu tăria de 16% vol., la toate aceste ingrediente se adaugă zahăr, caramel, acid citric, vanilină şi soluţie hidroalcoolică până la tăria de 42,0±0,5% vol.
