Abstract

Invenţia se referă la noi derivaţi de spiro-[2H-1-benzopiran-2,4'-piperidin]-4(3H)-onă cu formula generală (I)în care R reprezintă halogen, grupa nitro sau grupa C1-6 alchil cu catenă liniară sau ramificată, la sărurile lor acide de adiţie, precum şi la sărurile lor cuaternare cu grupare benzilică. Compuşii menţionaţi exercită un efect benefic în demenţele de diversă etiologie patologică şi simptomele ce le însoţesc. În plus, invenţia se referă la compoziţii farmaceutice, care în calitate de agenţi activi conţin aceşti compuşi.
