Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria vinicola, si anume la un procedeu de fabricare a vinului alb sec cu un continut sporit de substante biologic active. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include răcirea strugurilor până la temperatura de 5°C, zdrobirea şi desciorchinarea acestora cu obţinerea mustuielii, fermentarea mustuielii la temperatura de 12-14°C cu amestecare de 5 ori pe zi până la fermentarea totală a zaharurilor, macerarea mustuielii fermentate timp de 30-90 zile cu amestecare la fiecare 48 ore şi separarea vinului tânăr, totodată se utilizează struguri albi de soiurile Riton, Floricica, Viorica sau Legenda cu un conţinut de zaharuri de cel puţin 220 g/dm³.
