Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la fabricarea sucurilor de fructe.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că obţinerea sucului cupajat de mere şi măceş se efectuează prin extragerea sucului cu apă distilată la temperatura de 65…70°C din măceşul deshidratat şi tratarea masei obţinute cu ultrasunet de frecvenţă joasă de (25…40)·103 Hz şi densitatea de (3,0…5,0)·10-6 W/m3. După cupajarea sucului extras din măceş cu sucul de mere cupajul se limpezeşte prin filtrare înainte de introducerea siropului de zaharoză.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în extracţia deplină a sucului din măceş şi obţinerea sucului cupajat limpezit.Chiºinãu 2000
