Description

本发明是一种高级水产食用调味品。
目前,我国对海产品的深加工有了很快的发展,也取得了很高的经济效益。但对海产品加工后的下脚料,还没有得到充分的利用。例如对杂色蛤蜊深加工过程中,能产出10%左右的蛤蜊原汁,这种原汁是一种较高的营养品,但多数加工厂家都把它作为废弃物白白地浪费掉了。
本发明的目的,就是利用蛤蜊原汁加工成一种营养丰富,味道鲜美的水产品调味品。
本发明提供的浓缩蛤精,是利用杂色蛤蜊原汁,采用“一种用于水产调味品的生产工艺”专利技术,〈专利号为92106546.9〉精制加工而成。浓缩蛤精的质量标准,按国家食品检验标准检测,其主要成分和含量是:蛋白质15-20%,氨态氮0.8-3%,还原糖2-6%,剩余是食盐和水。颜色乳白色,味道香鲜味,浓度60%。

  1. 一种利用杂色蛤蜊原汁,经科学的方法精制加工而成的高级水产调味品浓缩蛤精。其特征在于,主要成分和含量是蛋白质15-20%,氨态氨0.8-3%,还原糖2-6%,剩余是食盐和水。颜色乳白色,味道香鲜味,浓度60%。
