Abstract

Invenţia se referă la cristale de enzimă reticulate care manifestă rezistenţă la protează. Prezenta invenţie prevede utilizarea cristalelor reticulate de enzimă în dispozitive extracorporale, biosensori pentru detectarea analitului şi în calitate de catalizator enzimic pentru obţinerea produsului selectat.Esenţa invenţiei constă în faptul că cristalele de enzimă se reticulează cu un agent multifuncţional de reticulare, iar cristalele reticulate de enzimă posedă rezistenţă la proteoliza exogenă, astfel încât cristalele reticulate menţionate păstrează cel puţin 91% din activitatea lor iniţială după incubare pentru 3 ore în prezenţa pronazei (PronaseTM), în aceleaşi condiţii forma solubilă nereticulată de enzimă cristalizabilă, pierde cel puţin 94 % din activitatea sa iniţială.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în includerea în cristalele de enzimă a legăturilor intermoleculare transversale, care ameliorează semnificativ proprietăţile acestor cristale ceea ce permite extinderea domeniului de utilizare a lor în medicină, în condiţii industriale rigide şi depozitarea lor îndelungată cu menţinerea activităţii.
