Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a băuturii tari maturate.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede obţinerea distilatului crud, maturarea acestuia în prezenţa lemnului de stejar şi a oxigenului, cupajarea distilatului maturat cu restul componentelor băuturii, odihna cupajului, tratarea cu frig a acestuia şi separarea ulterioară a substanţelor insolubile la frig, totodată, înaintea sau în procesul maturării, în distilatul crud se introduc substanţele insolubile la frig, separate din partide anterioare de băuturi tari, maturare în prezenţa lemnului de stejar.
