Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement humide de nickel-fer et une application de celui-ci. Le procédé de traitement consiste à : dans un environnement d'oxygène à haute pression, mélanger un matériau de nickel-fer broyé, l'acide sulfurique et un adjuvant de corrosion, réaliser une réaction de lixiviation acide, puis réaliser une séparation solide-liquide sur la suspension soumise à une lixiviation acide, ajouter un oxydant dans le filtrat obtenu, réaliser un chauffage, éliminer l'adjuvant de corrosion, ajouter un agent de précipitation dans le filtrat, réguler la valeur de ph du filtrat, et réaliser une séparation solide-liquide pour obtenir un précipité d'hydroxyde ferrique et un filtrat contenant du nickel ; et réaliser une extraction et une rétro-extraction sur le filtrat contenant du nickel pour préparer du sulfate de nickel de qualité pour batterie. Selon la présente invention, le nickel-fer est soumis à une dissolution d'acide d'oxydation en coopération avec l'adjuvant de corrosion dans les conditions d'oxygène et d'acide à haute pression ; le nickel-fer est extrêmement sujet à l'oxydation dans l'environnement d'oxygène à haute pression ; et un oxydant fort est ajouté dans le filtrat par la suite, de telle sorte que les ions ferreux dans le filtrat sont complètement convertis en ions ferriques, et l'adjuvant de corrosion peut être oxydé pour générer du dioxyde de carbone exempt de pollution et de l'eau, ce qui permet d'éviter l'impact de l'adjuvant de corrosion sur le processus d'extraction ultérieur.
