Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de brasage de type linéaire (L) destiné à être utilisé dans des processus de brasage, comprenant au moins un transformateur (2) pour fournir de l'énergie requise, au moins un processeur (3) commandant des paramètres requis tels que la chaleur, le temps pendant l'opération de brasage, un groupe de soupapes (8) en charge de convertir une pression de gaz en un mouvement mécanique et de commander ladite pression de gaz à l'intérieur de celui-ci, une boîte de commande pneumatique (7) contenant une pression de régulation régulant la pression, une unité de brasage (6) où une opération de brasage est effectuée, un centre d'entraînement (14.1) contenant ladite unité de brasage (6) et fournissant un mouvement linéaire vertical, un système de mouvement linéaire vertical (14) fournissant un mouvement linéaire au moyen d'un entraînement pris à partir dudit centre d'entraînement (14.1) et contenant une partie de transfert de mouvement (14.2), un système de mouvement linéaire horizontal (15) contenant ladite unité de brasage (6) et contenant un profil de bras (21) incliné pour fournir une intégration à la ligne et pour une topologie de liaison appropriée.
