Abstract
La présente invention concerne des composés pyrimidines qui sont utiles en tant qu'agents thérapeutiques pour le traitement de troubles du système nerveux central associés à la phosphodiestérase 10 (pde10). La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation de tels composés pour le traitement de troubles neurologiques et psychiatriques, tels que la schizophrénie, la psychose ou la maladie de huntington, et ceux associés à une hypofonction striatale ou d'un dysfonctionnement des noyaux gris centraux.
