Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé et à une installation de dessalement d'eau contenant du sel, oé on fait passer l'eau dans un échangeur de chaleur disposé dans un bassin contenant de la saumure, après quoi on fait passer l'eau, qui a été chauffée au travers d'un évaporateur afin d'évaporer au moins une partie de l'eau, ensuite la vapeur ainsi formée est introduite dans un condenseur pour obtenir de l'eau dont le sel a été ôté. L'installation comprend un bassin qui, oé un échangeur de chaleur est disposé, oé un moyen d'alimentation en eau à dessaler est relié à une entrée de l'échangeur et une entrée de l'évaporateur est reliée à une sortie de l'échangeur, alors qu'une sortie de l'évaporateur est reliée à un moyen de condensation de la vapeur d'eau.
