Claims (16)
- 直列に接続され、最も上流のグループと後続の下流のグループとを含むグループの中に配置された複数の蒸発缶を備え、
それぞれの前記グループは、最も上流の前記蒸発缶と、最も下流の前記蒸発缶と、前記グループ内のすべての前記蒸発缶に供給水を供給するために設けられた共通の水供給入口と、を有し、
前記最も上流のグループの共通の水供給入口と流体連通している主水供給ラインと、
前記主水供給ラインに沿って配置され、前記最も上流のグループの共通の水供給入口の中へ前記供給水が入る前に前記供給水を加熱するために設けられた一連の加熱装置と、
をさらに含み、
それぞれの前記蒸発缶は、前記水供給入口からの供給水と流入蒸気を受け取り、前記流入蒸気から前記供給水へ熱を移動し、前記供給水から第1の流出蒸気を生産しつつ、前記供給水の残りを濃縮水とし、前記流入蒸気の一部分を凝縮して蒸留水を生産しつつ、前記流入蒸気の残りを第2の流出蒸気とするために設けられた熱移動手段を備え、
それぞれの前記蒸発缶は、前記第1の流出蒸気を前記流入蒸気として隣接する下流の蒸発缶へ導くための手段と、前記第2の流出蒸気を、前記主水供給ラインの供給水を加熱するための前記加熱装置のうちの1つの中に導くための手段とをさらに備え、
それぞれの前記グループは、前記グループの蒸発缶から前記濃縮水を引き出し、該濃縮水を隣接する下流のグループの前記共通の水供給入口の中に吸い上げるために設けられたポンプと、前記蒸留水を収集するための手段と、をさらに備える、水の蒸留のために設けられた多重効用蒸発装置。 - 前記それぞれの蒸発缶内の前記熱移動手段は、間にチューブ間空隙を有する複数の水平なチューブを備え、前記チューブは、前記流入蒸気を受け取り、前記供給水に接触し、前記流入蒸気と前記供給水との間の熱移動を生じさせるために設けられており、前記チューブ間空隙内の供給水の一部を蒸発させて、前記第1の蒸気を生成し、前記供給水の残りを濃縮水とし、前記チューブ内の流入蒸気の一部を凝縮させて前記蒸留水を生成し、前記流入蒸気の残りを前記第2の流出蒸気とし、前記チューブは、水平又はある角度傾斜して設けられ、前記チューブ内の前記凝縮された蒸気を重力により前記蒸発缶の反対側端部に流すように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記チューブは、さらに前記凝縮水と、蒸発缶の一方の側から他方への前記第2の流出蒸気とを搬送するために設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記蒸発缶のグループそれぞれ内の前記水供給入口は、前記供給水を前記グループの前記蒸発缶のそれぞれの中に導入するように設けられた散布手段を備え、前記供給水の前記チューブとの接触を可能にしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記散布手段は、薄いフィルム状で前記供給水を導入するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 1つのグループの中に備えられている前記蒸発缶の数は可変であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記蒸発缶の総数は、20以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記蒸発装置は、NCG除去ラインを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記チューブは、金属又は金属合金からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記それぞれのグループは、前記ポンプと流体連通している濃縮水排水ラインをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記それぞれの蒸発缶は上流端と下流端とを有し、前記チューブは傾斜していて、前記チューブ内の前記蒸留水を前記蒸発缶の前記下流端へ重力によって流下させていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記チューブは、エラストマー製グロメットにより前記チューブのプレートからガルバーニ絶縁されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記チューブは、楕円形であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 重金属を前記水から除去するために使用されるイオントラップをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記供給水を予備脱気するためのチタンチューブをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
- 前記それぞれの蒸発缶は、前記蒸発缶の浸漬部分を構成する収集装置と、この収集装置の中に組み込まれた電気防食用のアルミニウムーマグネシウム陽極とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重効用蒸発装置。
