Abstract

مبين نظام تقطير حرارى يشتمل على: دائرة لحمل تيار من سائل قابل للمعالجة والذى منه يتم استخراج السائل ("دائرة السائل")؛ مدخل لإمداد السائل القابل للمعالجة إلى دائرة السائل ("مدخل إمداد السائل")؛ وسائل لتدوير تيار السائل القابل للمعالجة خلال دائرة السائل؛ وسائل تسخين مرتبة على دائرة السائل لتسخين السائل فى تيار السائل القابل للمعالجة؛ و وسائل تبريد مرتبة على دائرة السائل لتبريد السائل فى تيار السائل القابل للمعالجة، حيث تشتمل دائرة السائل على مقطع أول محدد بين مخرج من وسائل التسخين ومدخل من وسائل التبريد، ومقطع ثانى محدد بين مخرج من وسائل التبريد ومدخل إلى وسائل التسخين، يشتمل النظام أيضاً على: مجموعة من مراحل التقطير، كل مرحلة تتضمن مبخر مرتب على مقطع أول لتبخير سائل من تيار سائل قابل للمعالجة، مكثف مرتب على المقطع الثانى ليكون فى علاقة تبادل الحرارة مع تيار السائل القابل للمعالجة فى المقطع الثانى للتأثير على التكثيف فى المكثف وتسخين تيار السائل القابل للمعالجة فى المقطع الثانى، دائرة، والتى عليها يتم ترتيب المبخر والمكثف، لحمل تيار الغاز الحامل ("دائرة الحامل")، ومخرج لإنتاج من المكثف سائل مستخرج من السائل القابل للمعالجة بواسطة مرحلة التقطير؛ و وسائل لتدوير الغاز الحامل خلال كل دائرة حامل، حيث يتم ترتيب المراحل حيث يتم وضع المبخرات الخاصة بها على طول المقطع الأول فى اتجاه من وسائل التسخين إلى وسائل التبريد ويتم وضع المكثفات الخاصة بها فى ترتيب مقابل على طول المقطع الثانى فى اتجاه من وسائل التسخين إلى وسائل التبريد.
