Claims (9)

  1. LV 13428 Katalizators poliesteru polimerizacijai IZGUDROJUMA PRETENZIJAS 1. Poli mēri zācijas katalizators poliesteru iegūšanai, kas satur alumīnija hidroksīdu un/vai alumīnija acetātu kā pirmo komponentu un trietila fosfātu vai trietila fosfonoacetātu kā otro komponentu.
  2. 2. Polimerizācijas katalizators, saskaņā ar 1. punktu, raksturīgs ar to, ka pirmais un otrais komponenti ir atdalīti un veido kompleksu.
  3. 3. Polimerizācijas katalizators, saskaņā ar 1. līdz 2. punktu, raksturīgs ar to, ka pirmais komponents un/vai otrais komponents ir kā suspensija vai šķīdums mono- vai dietilēna glikolā
  4. 4. Polimerizācijas paņēmiens polietilēna tereftalāta iegūšanai no dimetila tereftalāta un etilēna glikola vai tereftalskābes un etilēna glikola attiecīgi ar transesterifikācijas un polikondensācijas palīdzību, raksturīgs ar to. ka izejvielu reakcija tiek īstenota alumīnija hidroksīda un/vai alumīnija acetāta un trietila fosfāta vai trietila fosfonoacetāta klātbūtnē
  5. 5. Paņēmiens, saskaņā ar 4. punktu, raksturīgs ar to, ka alumīnija hidroksīds un/vai alumīnija acetāts, balstīti uz polietilēna tereftalātu, tiek izmantoti koncentrācijā no 50 līdz 3500 ppm.
  6. 6. Paņēmiens, saskaņā ar 4. vai 5. punktu, raksturīgs ar to, ka trietila fosfāts un/vai trietila fosfonoacetāts, balstīti uz polietilēna tereftalātu, tiek izmantoti koncentrācijā no 5 līdz 150 ppm
  7. 7. Paņēmiens, saskaņā ar 4. līdz 6. punktu, raksturīgs ar to, ka reakcijas maisījumam tiek pievienots alumīnija hidroksīds un/vai alumīnija acetāts kā 5 līdz 50 % suspensija etilēna glikolā pirms reakcijas sākuma un izejmateriālu reakcija tiek īstenota temperatūrā no 270 līdz 300°C pie spiediena no 13 332 Pa līdz 133.32 Pa
  8. 8.. Paņēmiens, saskaņā ar 4. līdz 7. punktu, raksturīgs ar to, ka tereftalskābes un etilēna glikola polikondensācijas gadījumā trietila fosfāts un/vai trietila fosfonoacetāts tiek pievienoti pirms esteri Akācijas, tās laikā vai pēc tās un dimetila tereftalāta un etilēna glikola transesteriAkācijas gadījumā pēc transesterifikācijas.
  9. 9. Alumīnija hidroksīda un/vai alumīnija acetāta izmantošana kombinācijā ar trietila fosfātu un trietila fosfonoacetātu kā polimerizācijas katalizatoru poliesteru iegūšanā ar polikondensāciju vai transesteriAkāciju. 2
