Paņēmiens insektu, ērču un nematodu apkarošanai, kas a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka minētos insektus, ērces un nematodes, to vairošanās vietas vai uzturēšanās vietas kontaktē ar pret insektiem, ērcēm vai nematodēm efektīvi darbojošos daudzumu savienojuma ar formulu (I), kurā A, L, M, R, W, X un Y nozīmes atbilst punktā 1 minētajām.
6. Paņēmiens pēc punkta 5, kas a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka minēta savienojuma ar formulu (I) struktūra atbilst punktā 2 dotajai.
7. Paņēmiens kultivējamo augu aizsardzībai no insektiem, ērcēm un nematodēm, kas a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka uz minēto augu virszemes daļām, uz augsni vai ūdeni, kurā šie augi aug, uznes pret insektiem, ērcēm vai nematodēm efektīvi darbojošos daudzumu savienojuma ar formulu (I), kurā A, L, M, R, W, X un Y nozīmes atbilst punktā 1 minētajām.
8. Paņēmiens pēc punkta 7, kas a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka minēto savienojumu ar formulu (I) uznes uz minētajiem augiem vai augsni, kurā tos audzē, devā no apmēram 0,125 kg/ha līdz 4,0 kg/ha.
9. Paņēmiens pēc punkta 7, kas a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka minēto savienojumu ar formulu (I) uznes uz minēto augu virszemes daļām, vai uz augsni vai ūdeni, kurā tos audzē, šķidras kompozīcijas veidā, kas aptuveni satur no 10 līdz 10 000 daļām uz miljonu minētā savienojuma ar formulu (I).
10. Paņēmiens savienojumu ar kopējo formulu (I) kurā:
A ir Cļ.4.alkilgrupa, kas aizvietota ar:
4 halogēna atomiem; vienu ciāngrupu; vienu C1,4„alkoksigrupu, kas aizvietota ar 1-3 halogēna atomiem vai divām Cļ^.alkoksigrupām, kuras neobligāti aizvietotas ar 1 - 3 halogēna atomiem; vienu karbalkoksigrupu ar 1 - 4 oglekļa atomiem; vienu alkilkarboniloksigrupu ar 1 - 6 oglekļa atomiem; vienu alkenilkarboniloksigrupu ar 2 - 6 oglekļa atomiem; vienu benzoiloksigrupu, hlor-, dihlor- vai metilaizvietotu benzoiloksigrupu;
bet L, M, R, W, X un Y nozīmes atbilst punktā 1 dotajām, iegūšanai, kas a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka veic reakciju starp savienojumu ar un vismaz vienu molāro ekvivalentu alkilējošā aģenta ar kopējo formulu (IX)
A-halogēns (IX) kurā A nozīme atbilst punktā 1 jau minētajai, vismaz viena molārā ekvivalenta sārma metāla hidroksīda klātienē, šķīdinātājā, iegūstot vēlamo savienojumu ar kopējo formulu (I).
