Abstract

본 발명은 벽설치용 전기 전자기구 조절용 콘트롤러에 관한 것으로, 벽면에 고정되어 상대물을 취부하기 위한 브라켓트(10)와; 벽면의 외측으로 밀착된 상태로 상기 브라켓트(10)에 취부되고, 수개의 걸림돌기(21a)가 구비되는 합성수지재의 외곽보호부재(21)와; 상기 외곽보호부재(21)의 내측으로 코어(32)에 의해 연결되게 일체로 성형되어 회로부품의 배면측을 커버하는 회로부품보호부재(30)와; 상기 외곽보호부재(21)의 전면에서 걸림도기(21a)에 걸림홈(43)이 걸려져 고정되며, 수개의 콘트롤용 노브(41)들이 형성되는 전면부재(40)와; 중앙이 트여지게 성형되어 상기 전면부재(40)의 외측에 그 테두리부를 감싸지게 부착되는 장식부재(50)가 구비되어, 그 설치 용도에 따라 매립형의 경우는 회로부품보호부재(30)와 외곽보호부재 (21)가 분리되도록 하여 외곽보호부재(21)와 브라켓트(10)를 제외시킨 상태로 함체(1)에 설치되도록 하고, 또 벽면 부착형의 경우 회로부품보호부재(30)가 외곽보호부재(21)에 일체로 연결된 상태로 브라켓트(10)를 이용해 벽면에 설치가 이루어지는 것이다. 따라서, 브라켓트(10)와, 회로부품보호부재(30)가 일체로 성형된 외곽보호부재(21), 그리고 전면부재(40) 및 장식부재(50)가 하나의 셋트로 그 설치방식과 무관하게 동일한 구성으로 대량 생산이 가능하게 된다. 그리고, 그 설치작업이 편리하고 신속하게 이루어 질 수 있어 제작자 및 그 사용자로 하여금 경제적인 이익을 줄 수 있는 등의 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 벽면의 외측으로 밀착된 상태로 상기 브라켓트(10)에 취부되고, 수개의 걸림돌기(21a)가 구비되는 합성수지재의 외곽보호부재(21) 및 이 외곽보호부재(21)의 내측으로 코어(32)에 의해 연결되게 일체로 성형되어 회로부품의 배면측을 커버하는 회로부품보호부재(30)가 구비되는 후면부재(20)와; 상기 외곽보호부재(21)의 전면에서 걸림돌기(21a)에 걸림홈(43)이 걸려져 고정되며, 수개의 콘트롤용 노브(41)들이 형성되는 전면부재 (40)와; 중앙이 트여지게 성형되어 상기 전면부재(40)의 외측에 그 테두리부를 감싸지게 부착되는 장식부재(50)가 구비되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽설치용 전기및 전자기구 조절용 콘크롤러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후면부재(20)는 코어(32)를 절단하여 외곽보호부재 (21)를 분리시키고, 회로부품보호부재(30)를 벽면에 매립된 합체(1)에 취부되어 설치되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 벽설치용 전기 및 전자기구 조절용 콘트롤러.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후면부재(20)의 후방으로는 벽면에 고정되어 외곽보호부재(21)에 뚫어진 걸림공(23)으로 끼워 걸려지게 하는 걸림편(11)과, 볼트(25)가 관통되도록 통과공(13)이 뚫어져 외곽보호부재(21)의 볼트공(24)으로 나사 결합되는 고정편(12)이 절곡 성형되는 브라켓트(10)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 벽설치용 전기 및 전자기구 조절용 콘트롤러.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외곽보호부재(21)의 전방에 취부되는 전면부재(40)는 그 끝단이 후크형상을 갖는 걸림돌기(21a)들이 수곳에 돌출 성형되어, 이 걸림돌기(21a)에 상응하는 위치로 파여진 전면부재(40)의 걸림홈(43)으로 끼워 걸려지게 하고, 상기 장식부재(50)는 후크편(51)이 전면부재(40)에 뚫어지는 후크홀 (45)을 관통하여 그 끝단부에 걸려서 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 벽설치용 전기 및 전자기구 조절용 콘트롤러.
