Abstract
본 발명은, 소결 또는 단조에 의해, 축단부면에 스파이러베벨기어 등의 톱니부를 설치한 기어에 관한 것으로서, 기어의 품질은 손상하는 일없이, 사이징이 용이한 베벨기어를 제공하는 것을 과제로 하며,그 해결수단에 있어서, 축단부면에 톱니부(1)를 가진 소결 또는 단조기어에 있어서 기어외주며(2)에 축방향으로 가로지른 노치홈(4)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 또 그 노치홈(4)의 구성을 특정함으로써 품질을 유지하는 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 스파이러베벨기어의 실시예로서 a는 정면도, b는 그 A-A단면도, c는 노치흠을 설명하는 톱니부의 상면 및 사시면으로부터의 개략도이다.
제2도는 a,b는 각각 노치홈의 구성만을 바꾼, 다른 실시예를 설명하기 위한 제1도 c에 대응하는 도면이다.
Claims (6)
- 축단부면에 톱니부를 가진 금형성형기어에 있어서, 기어외주면에 축방향으로 노치홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노치홈의 외주방향의 폭을, 톱니의 피치폭과 동일 내지 그보다 좁게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 노치홈의 외주방향의 폭은, 톱니선단면을 제외한 1개의 경사면과 이것에 계속되는 톱니바닥면의 범위내에 걸치거나 또는 톱니선단면을 포함하고 이것에 계속되는 1개의 경사면과 톱니바닥면의 범위내에 걸쳐서 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노치홈의 외주방향의 폭은, 톱닝의 피치폭보다 넓게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기어.
- 제4항에 있어서, 노치홈의 외주방향의 폭은, 1개의 톱니선단면을 사이에 둔 양경사면에 계속되는 양톱니 바닥면의 범위내에 걸쳐서 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기어.
- 제1,2,3,4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 노치홉은 축에 평행하게 해서 기어 외주면을 가로질러서 형성되어 있거나, 및, 또는 그 형성수는 1개이상이고, 톱니면은 베벨기어 또는 스파이러베벨기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 기어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
