Abstract

작동 해제시 드래그 토오크의 발생을 최소화하여 클러치에서의 동력손실을 방지할 목적으로 ; 상호 교번적으로 배치되는 클러치 플레이트와 클러치 디스크를 구비하여 이루어지는 다판 클러치에 있어서, 상기 클러치 디스크의 외주측에 소정의 간격을 두고 이격 배치되어 자체 탄성력으로 클러치 플레이트를 양측으로 밀어주는 링형의 압축성 스페이서를 배치하여 이루어지는 다판 클러치를 제공한다.

제3도 (a)(b)는 본 발명이 적용되는 클러치 디스크의 작동 및 작동 해제시의 상태도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 클러치 리테이너의 내륜 요철부에 다수매의 클러치 플레이트를 횡설하고, 허브의 외륜 요철부에 상기 클러치 플레이트의 사이로 클러치 디스크를 배치하며, 상기 클러치 리테이너의 내측으로 유압에 의하여 동작되는 피스톤을 배치하여 이루어지는 다판 클러치에 있어서, 상기 클러치 디스크의 외주측에 소정의 간격을 두고 이격 배치되어 자체 탄성력으로 클러치 플레이트를 양측으로 밀어주는 링형의 압축성 스페이서를 배치하여 이루어지는 다판 클러치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스페이서는 중앙부에 탄성체를 두고 그 양측으로 외측부재가 부착되는 구조로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 다판 클러치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외측부재는 양측면이 경사면으로 이루어지되, 외주측이 좁은 형태로 이루어지며, 이에 접촉되는 클러치 플레이트 또한 이에 대응할 수 있는 경사면을 보유함을 특징으로 하는 다판 클러치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성체는 탄성력이 뛰어난 엘레스토머릭 루버(Elastomeric Rubber)로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 다판 클러치.
