Claims (8)

  1. 닫힌 크러치나 또는 브레이크에 있어서, 내(5)-외판(4)을 가진 다판크러치 또는 다판브레이크는 다판(4, 5)이 서로 접해 있으며 크러치 또는 브레이크가 개방시에는 다판(4, 5)은 서로 유리되는 바 이때 개방상태에서 외판(4)은 스페이서에 의하여 서로 눌리는 바 스페이서(3)가 일체형으로 탄성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다판크러치 또는 다판 브레이크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스페이서(3)는 외판(4) 사이 또는 내판(5) 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다판크러치 또는 다판 브레이크.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 스페이서(3)는 내판(5) 사이에 그리고 하나의 스페이서(3)는 외판(4) 사이에 들어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다판크러치 또는 다판 브레이크.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 스페이서(3)는 원판형 요소(7)를 가진 봉상기본체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다판크러치 또는 다판 브레이크.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 원통형 요소들(7)은 외부 원주방향으로 따라 "목"부(8)로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다판크러치 또는 다판 브레이크.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 스페이서(3)는 구형 요소(9)를 가진 봉상(6)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다판크러치 또는 다판 브레이크.
  7. 전항들중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스페이서(3)는 "일래스토머"(열가소성소재)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다판크러치 또는 다판 브레이크.
  8. 닫혀진 크러치나 또는 브레이크에 있어서, 내외판(4)을 가진 다판크러치나 다판브레이크는 다판(4, 5)이 서로 접해 있으며 크러치나 브레이크가 개방된 경우 다판(4, 5)은 서로 유리되며 이때 개방상태에서 외판(4)은 스페이서(3)에 의하여 서로 눌리는데 전동프로필의 양측면상에서 두번째 마다의 외판(4) 및/또는 두번째 마다의 내판(5)의 전동프로필의 양측에 예컨대 가황처리나 접착에 의하여 스페이서(3)가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다판크러치 또는 다판 브레이크.
