Abstract

작동 해제시 드래그 토크의 발생을 최소화하여 클러치에서의 동력손실을 방지할 목적으로 ; 상호 교번적으로 배치되는 클러치 플레이트와 클러치 디스크를 구비하여 이루어지는 다판 클러치에 있어서, 상기 클러치 디스크의 외주측에 소정의 간격을 두고 이격 배치되어 자체 탄성력으로 클러치 플레이트를 양측으로 밀어주는 링형의 압축성 스페이서를 배치하여 이루어지는 다판 클러치를 제공한다.

제3도 (a)(b)는 본 발명이 적용되는 클러치 디스크의 작동 및 작동 해제시의 상태도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 클러치 디스크(12)와 클러치 플레이트(6)를 포함하여 이루어지는 다판 클러치에 있어서, 상기 클러치 디스크(12)의 외주측에 소정의 간격을 두고 이격 배치되어 자체의 관성력으로 클러치 플레이트(6)를 양측으로 밀어 주는 링형의 압축성 스페이서(30)를 배치하여 이루어지는 다판 클러치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 압축성 스페이서(30)는 양측면이 경사면(32,34)으로 이루어져 외주가 좁은 형태로 이루어지며, 이에 접촉되는 클러치 플레이트(6) 또한 이에 대응할 수 있는 경사면(36)(38)을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다판 클러치.
