소형 굴착기 또는 폭간 스윙 머신과 같은 작은 회전 관성의 건설기계에서, 회전 작동성은 작동 부착부의 자세에 따라서 변하며, 감소된 범위의 상태에서, 회전력의 변화는 조작레버의 작동에 과민하여 작동이 어렵다. 이러한 것을 극복하기 위해서, 회전방향 제어밸브의 작동을 검출하기 위한 수단이 구비되고, 그리고 오일탱크와 회전방향 제어밸브에서 센터 바이패싱 오일통로의 출구는 블리드-오프를 제어하기 위해 사용되는 컷-오프 밸브를 통해 서로 연통된다. 더욱이, 파일롯 오일압력원과 컷-오프 밸브의 파일롯 포트는 전자비례 감압밸브를 통해서 서로 연통하며, 작동 명령 신호는 최대 회전속도와 회전의 가속을 제어하도록 제어기로부터 전자비례 압력 제어밸브로 보내진다.

Claims (17)

  1. 하부 캐리지; 상기 하부 캐리지상에 회전가능하게 장착된 상부 회전구조; 상기 상부 회전구조에 회전가능하게 부착된 작동부착부; 상기 작동부착부의 상태에 따라서 작동반경을 검출하기 위한 작동반경 검출수단; 작동반경이 상기 직동반경 검출수단에 의해 작다고 인지되면, 상기 상부 회전구조의 회전가속을 억제하기 위한 회전가속 억제수단; 그리고 작동반경이 상기 작동반경 검출수단에 의해 작다고 인지되면, 상기 상부 회전구조의 최대 회전속도를 억제하기 위한 최대 회전속도 억제수단;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전가속 억제수단과 상기 최대 회전속도 억제수단은 상기 상부 회전구조의 회전을 제어하기 위해 사용되는 회전방향 제어밸브에 연결된 언로딩 밸브를 포함하고 있고, 상기 언로딩 밸브는 상기 작동반경 검출수단에 의해 검출된 작동반경에 따라서 상기 회전방향 제어밸브의 블리드-오프를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 언로딩 밸브는 그 블리드-오프를 제어하기 위해 개폐운동하는 컷-오프 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 감소된 작동반경이 상기 작동반경 검출수단에 의해 검출될 때, 상기 컷-오프 밸브의 블리드-오프는 상기 상부 회전구조의 회전가속을 억제하도록 상기 회전방향 제어밸브의 작동에 응답하여 개방되도록 제어되며, 최대 회전속도는 완전히 폐쇄되지 않도록 컷-오프 밸브의 블리드-오프를 제어하므로서 억제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 메인 압력 오일의 복귀를 위한 센터 바이패싱 오일통로의 출구, 상기 회전방향 제어밸브의 중립위치를 통해서 뻗어 있는 상기 센터 바이패싱 통로, 그리고 오일탱크는 상기 컷-오프 밸브를 통해서 서로 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 파일롯 포트로 오일압력을 공급하기 위한 파일롯 오일압력원과 상기 컷-오프 밸브의 파일롯 포트는 전자비레 감압밸브 통해서 서로 연통하고 상기 작동반경 검출수단으로부터 제공된 검출신호에 따라서 상기 전자비례 감압밸브로부터 작동명령 파일롯 압이 상기 컷-오프 밸브에 발휘되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전자비례 감압밸브는 상기 작동반경 검출수단으로부터 제공된 검출신호에 비례하는 신호에 따라서 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전자비례 감압밸브는 상기 작동반경 검출수단으로부터 제공된 검출신호와 건설기계의 작동성에 맞는 비선형으로 제공된 신호 양자에 따라서 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전가속 억제수단과 상기 최대 회전속도 억제수단은 상기 상부 회전구조를 제어하기 위한 회전방향 제어밸브, 상기 작동 부착부의 아암의 회전을 제어하기 위한 아암방향 제어밸브, 그리고 상기 하부 캐리지의 운행을 제어하기 위한 운행방향 제어밸브에 연결된 언로딩 밸브를 포함하고 있고, 상기 언로딩 밸브는 상기 작동반경 검출수단에 의해서 이루어진 검출 결과에 따라서 상기 회전방향 제어밸브의 블리드-오프를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 회전방향 제어밸브의 작동은 상기 아암방향 제어밸브의 작동에 우선하여 판단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  11. 하부 캐리지; 상기 하부 캐리지상에 회전가능하게 장착된 상부 회전구조; 상기 상부 회전구조에 회전가능하게 부착된 작동부착부; 상기 작동부착부의 붐을 회전시키기 위해 사용되는 유압실린더의 부하압력을 검출하기 위한 부하압력 검출수단; 그리고 붐 부하압력이 작다고 상기 부하압력 검출수단에 의해 검출되면, 상기 상부 회전구조의 회전가속을 억제하기 위한 회전가속 억제수단; 으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  12. 하부 캐리지; 상기 하부 캐리지상에 회전가능하게 장착된 상부 회전구조; 상기 상부 회전구조에 회전가능하게 부착된 작동부착부; 상기 작동부착부의 붐을 회전시키기 위해 사용되는 유압실린더의 부하압력을 검출하기 위한 부하압력 검출수단; 그리고 붐 부하압력이 상기 부하압력 검출수단에 의해 작다고 검출되면, 상기 상부 회전구조의 최대 회전속도를 억제하기 위한 최대 회전속도 억제수단; 으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 붐 부하압력이 상기 부하압력 검출수단에 의해 작다고 검출되면, 상기 상부 회전구조의 최대 회전속도를 억제하기 위한 최대 회전속도 억제수단; 으로 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 회전가속 억제수단과 상기 최대 회전속도 억제수단은 상기 상부 회전구조의 회전을 제어하기 위해 사용되는 회전방향 제어밸브에 연결된 언로딩 밸브를 포함하고 있고,상기 언로딩 밸브는 상기 부하압력 검출수단에 의해 검출된 부하압력에 따라서 상기 회전방향 제어밸브의 블리드-오프를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 언로딩 밸브는 그 블리드-오프를 제어하기 위해 개폐운동하는 컷-오프 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 메인 압력 오일의 복귀를 위한 센터 바이패싱 오일통로의 출구, 상기 회전방향 제어밸브의 중립위치를 통해서 뻗어 있는 상기 센터 바이패싱 통로, 그리고 오일탱크는 상기 컷-오프 밸브를 통해서 서로 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 부하압력이 감소될 때, 상기 컷-오프 밸브의 블리드-오프는 제어되어 상기 상부 회전구조의 회전가속을 억제하도록 상기 회전방향 제어밸브의 작동에 응답하여 개방되고 최대 회전속도는 완전히 폐쇄되지 않도록 컷-오프의 블리드-오프를 제어하므로서 억제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
