Abstract

촉매계는 활성 성분으로서 a) 티탄 화합물, 마그네슘 화합물, 할로겐, 지자체로서의 무기 산화물 및 전자 공여체 화합물로서의 카르복실산 에스테를 포함하는 티탄 함유 고체 성분, 및 또한 공촉매로서, b) 알루미늄 화합물 및 c) 임으로는 추가 전자 공여체 화합물을 포함하며, 상기 사용한 무기 산화물이 pH 1 내지 6, 평균 입자 직경이 5 내지 200㎛ 및 평균 제1입자 직경이 1 내지 20㎛이며, 평균 직경이 0.1 내지 20㎛이고 전체 입지 부피의 거시적 점유율이 5 내지 30%인 공극 또는 채널을 갖는다.

Claims (9)

  1. 활성 성분으로서 a) 티탄 화합물, 마그네슘 화합물, 할로겐, 지자체로서의 무기 산화물 및 전자 공여체 화합물로서의 카르복실산 에스테를 포함하는 티탄 함유 고체 성분, 및 또한 공촉매로서 b) 알루미늄 화합물 및 c) 임으로는 추가 전자 공여체 화합물을 포함하여, 상기 사용한 무기 산화물이 pH 1 내지 6, 평균 입자 직경이 5 내지 200㎛ 및 평균 제1입자 직경이 1 내지 20㎛이며, 평균 직경이 0.1 내지 20㎛이고 전체 입지 부피의 거시적 점유율이 5 내지 30%인 공극 또는 채널을 갖는공극 및 채널을 갖는 촉매계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 무기 산화물이 평균 직경이 1 내지 5㎛이고 전체 입자 부피의 거시적 점유율이 10 내지 30%인 공극 및 채널을 갖는 촉매계.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 무기 산화물이 규소의 산화물, 알루미늄의 산화물, 티탄의 산화물, 또는 원소주기율표의 주 Ⅰ족 또는 Ⅱ족 금속의 산화물 촉매계.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용한 무기 산화물이 분무 건조된 촉매계.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용한 무기 산화물이 2 내지 5의 pH를 갖는 촉매계.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용한 무기 산화물이 실리카 겔(SiO2)인 촉매계.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서 어느 한 항에서 청구한 촉매계를 사용하는, 지글러-나타 촉매계의 존재 하 20 내지 150℃ 및 1 내지 100바에서 C2-10알크-1-엔 및 임으로는 추가의 코모노머의 중합에 의한 C2-10알크-1-엔의 중합체의 제조 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 사용한 C2-10알크-1-엔이 프로필렌인 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항의 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 프로필렌 중합체.
