Abstract

Claims (40)
- 알파 저장소와 베타 저장소, 제1세트의 평행 인접 제1 및 제2보급기 채널, 및 상기 제1 및 제2보급기 채널과 오프셋되는 제2세트의 평행 인접 제3 및 제4보급기 채널을 포함하며, (a) 상기 제1 및 제3보급기 채널은 제2 및 제4보급기 채널 상부 또는 하부에 배치되는 제1커넥터 채널에 의하여 상기 알파 저장소에 연결되고 그리고 베타 저장소에 대하여 독립적이며, (b) 상기 제2 및 제4보급기 채널은 제1 및 제3보급기 채널 상부 또는 하부에 배치되는 제2커넥터 채널에 의하여 상기 베타 저장소에 연결되고, 그리고 상기 알파 저장소에 대하여 독립적인 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2보급기 채널은 제1세트의 2개 이상의 반응셀과 각각 연결되며, 상기 제3 및 제4보급기 채널은 제2세트의 2개 이상의 반응셀과 각각 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2보급기 채널 세트의 보급기 채널은 서로 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 시스템.
- 액체 분배 시스템에 있어서, (a) 분배 플레이트를 포함하는데, 상기 분배 플레이트는 : 공통 제1충전 레벨을 가진 적어도 두 개의 제1저장소 : 상기 제1저장소에 연결되고 상기 제1저장소로부터 연장하며, 그 상부가 상기 제1충전 레벨 이하인 수평 보급기 채널 세그먼트를 각각 가진 적어도 하나의 보급기 채널 : 각각의 보급기 채널에 연결되고 상기 제1충전 레벨과 거의 동일한 높이를 가진 제2충전 레벨을 가진 적어도 하나의 분배 체널 : 및 상기 제1충전 레벨로 액체 레벨을 유지하는 제1액체 레벨 유지 수단을 포함하며, 상기 제1충전 레벨로 각각의 제1저장소를 충전시킴으로써 연결된 보급기 채널 및 연결된 분배 채널을 제2충전 레벨로 충전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 적어도 두 개의 제1저장소의 보급기 채널은 분배 플레이트에서 서로 평행하고 인접한 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 평행 보급기 채널은 상기 평행 보급기 채널의 수평 보급기 채널 세그먼트에 수직으로 배치된 별도 분배 채널에 연결되며, 각각의 연결된 분배 채널은 서로 평행하고 인접한 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분배 프레이트에 적어도 4개의 제1저장소 및 적어도 2세트의 평행 인접 보급기 채널을 포함하여, 상기 각각의 세트내의 보급기 채널은 별도 저장소에 연결되며, 상기 각각의 세트의 평행 인접한 보급기 채널은 적어도 2세트의 인접 수직 분배 채널에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분배 플레이트에서, 상기 제1저장소에 연결된 수평 보급기 채널 세그먼트는 서로 평행하며, 상기 분배 플레이트는 각각 제3충전 레벨을 가진 하나 이상의 제2저장소, 상기 제3충전 레벨로 각각의 제2충전기의 액체 레벨을 유지하는 제2액체 레벨 유지 수단 및 그 상부가 상기 제3충전 레벨과 동일한 높이인 제2충전기 연장 채널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2충전기 연장 채널은 수평 보급기 채널 세그먼트에 수직이며, 하나 이상의 제2충전기 연장 채널은 각각 적어도 하나의 수평 보급기 채널 세그먼트 위에 교차되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 버퍼 채널을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 버퍼 채널은 적어도 2개의 제1분배 채널 및 적어도 하나의 제2저장소 연장 채널과 인접하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, (b) 제어기 ; 및 (c) 상기 분배 플레이트의 상부에 부착된 보급통과 플레이트(feedthroughplate)을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 보급통과 플레이트는 이를 통하여 상기 제1저장소로 연장하는 공급채널 및 전기 리드를 포함하며, 상기 분배 플레이트는 상기 보급통과 플레이트를 통하여 연장하는 상기 전기리드에 의하여 제어기에 연결된 각각의 분배 채널에 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, (d) 상기 분배 플레이트 하부에 배치될 수 있는 하나 이상의 반응셀을 가진 반응 웰플레이트를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 분배 플레이트는 펌프의 제어에 의하여 액체가 분배 채널로부터 반응셀로 이동될 수 있도록 하는 도관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1액체 레벨 유지 수단은 제1충전 레벨 이상의 모든 액체를 배출시키는 각각의 제1저장소에 연결된 오버플로우 방출 채널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.

- 액체 분배 시스템에 있어서, 각각 상부 흐름 단부 및 하부 흐름 단부를 가지며, 상기 하부 흐름 단부에서 개방 영역을 가지는 하나 이상의 연속 흐름 채널, 상기 각각의 연속 흐름 채널에 대하여, 개방 영역에서 상기 연속 흐름 채널을 확장하는 분기 채널, 및 상기 각각의 연속 흐름 채널에 대하여, 분기 채널의 하부에 배치된 상기 개방 영역에서 흐름을 제한하는 알파 제한기를 포함하며, 상기 연속 흐름 채널 중 하나를 통하여 상기 상부 흐름 단부에서 하부 흐름 단부로 액체가 흐를 때, 제1유체량 비율은 알파 제한기가 동작하지 않을 때 분기 채널로 전환되며, 상기 제1유체량 비율보다 큰 제2비율은 알파 제한기가 동작할 때 분기 채널로 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 분기 채널에 대하여, 상기 분기 채널을 통한 흐름을 제한하는 베타 제한기를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 두 개 이상의 연속 흐름 채널을 가지며, 이들과 관련된 분기 채널을 통하여 적어도 2개의 연속 흐름 채널에 의하여 어드레스가능한 버퍼 채널을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.

- 분배 시스템에 있어서, 반응셀 ; 두 개 이상의 보급기 채널 ; 상기 보급기 채널과 반응셀을 연결시키기 위한 각각의 보급기 채널용 별도 도관 ; 및 각각의 도관에 대한 연장 밸브를 포함하며, 상기 연장 밸브는 상기 도관의 단면을 충전하고 도관을 통한 유체 흐름을 방지하는 연장 상태 및 상기 도관을 통한 유체 흐름을 허용하는 수축 상태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 시스템.
- 제28항에 있어서, 적어도 두 개의 셀을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 각각의 셀은 각각 버블 연장 밸브를 가진 도관을 통하여 두 개 이상의 보급기에 의하여 별도로 연장가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 시스템.
- 제28항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 도관은 두 개 이상의 연장 밸브를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 시스템.
- 제30항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 도관은 연결된 보급기 채널에서 반응셀로 액체를 펌핑하는 것과 협동하여 동작될 수 있는 3개 이상의 연장 밸브를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 시스템.
- 액체 분배 시스템에 있어서, 각각 보급기 채널 인입구 및 보급기 채널 출구로 이루어진 하나 이상의 보급기 채널 및 상기 보급기 채널에 연결된 분배 채널을 포함하는데, 상기 각각의 보급기 채널은 보급기 채널 인입구, 보급기 채널 출구 및 연결된 분배 채널을 연결하는 3방향 접속부를 가지며, 상기 분배 채널은 반응셀가 연결되며 ; 각각의 상기 3방향 접속부에 대하여, 보급기 채널 인입구 또는 보급기 채널 출구에 배치된 제1전극 베이스 펌프 ; 및 각각의 상기 3방향 접속부에 대하여, 상기 분배 채널에 배치된 제2전극 베이스 펌프를 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2전극 베이스 펌프에 인가되는 전압은 (a) 연결된 분배 채널로의 제1흐름량으로 상기 보급기 채널 중 하나의 유체가 보급기 채널 인입구에서 보급기 채널 출구로 이동될 수 있도록 하거나 또는 (b) 상기 제1흐름량보다 큰 제2흐름량이 연결된 분배 채널을 통하여 진행하도록 선택될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.

- 제32항에 있어서, 상기 3방향 접속부에서 상기 하나 이상의 분배 채널의 개구부는 연결된 보급기 채널폭의 약 50% 이하의 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
- 분석물에 관련된 화학적 조성 및 화학적 반응을 위한 반응을 수행하기에 적합한 액체 분배 시스템에 있어서, 반응셀, 상기 반응셀에 연결된 채널, 및 상기 채널에 배치되며 제1전극, 제2전극 및 제3전극을 가진 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분배 시스템.
