Abstract
구름 베어링(A)의 구성 요소(내·외균(1, 2), 전동체(3) 및 리테이너(4)) 중 적어도 하나에, 불소 함유 폴리우레탄 고분자 화합물의 고체막(5)이 형성되어 있다. 이 불소 함유 폴리우레탄 고분자 화합물의 고체막(5)은 그 분자 사이가 우레탄 결합이 되어 3차원의 구물형 구조로 되어 있기 때문에, 박리나 결손 외, 마찰이 억제되고, 발진의 억제 및 윤활성의 향상을 도모할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 베어링 구성 요소 중 적어도 하나에, 불소 함유 폴리우레탄 고분자 화합물의 고체막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체막은 3차원의 그물형 구조를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고체막에 유동가능한 불소 함유 중합체가 분산첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유동가능한 불소 함유 중합체가 작용기를 갖고 있지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링.
- 작용기로서 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 불소 함유 중합체를 용매 속에 희석하여 이루어진 용액을 이용하여 베어링 구성 요소 중 적어도 하나에 액상막을 부착시키는 공정과, 상기 부착한 액상막을 경화시킴으로써, 구물형 구조의 불소 함유 폴리우레탄 고분자 화합물의 고체막을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링의 윤활막 형성 방법.
- 작용기로서 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 불소 함유 중합체와 수산기, 아미노기, 카르복실기 중 적어도 한종류의 기를 함유하는 불소 함유 중합체와의 혼합물을 용매 속에 희석하여 이루어진 용액을 이용하여, 베어링 구성 요소 중 적어도 하나에 액상막을 부착시키는 공정과, 상기 부착한 액상막을 경화시킴으로써 그물형 구조의 불소 함유 폴리우레탄 고분자 화합물의 고체막을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링의 윤활막 형성 방법.
- 작용기로서 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 불소 함유 중합체를 단독 또는 수산기, 아미노기, 카르복실기 중 적어도 한 종류의 기를 포함하는 불소 함유 중합체와의 혼합물을 용매 속에 희석하여 이루어진 용액에, 작용기를 갖지 않는 불소 함유 중합체를 첨가한 용액을 이용하여, 베어링 구성 요소 중 적어도 하나의 액상막을 부착시키는 고정과, 상기 부착한 액상막을 부분적으로 경화시킴으로써, 작용기를 갖지 않는 불소 함유 중합체를 유동성을 가진채로 분산시키는 그물형 구조의 불소 함유 폴리우레탄 고분자 화합물의 고체막을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링의 윤활막 형성 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
