Abstract

a) 경질 플라스틱 발포체를 분말 또는 박편으로 미분시키고, 분말 또는 박편을 결합제를 사용하여 결합시키되, 동시에 또는 이어서 압축 성형시켜서 얻어지는, 50 내지 300㎏/㎥, 바람직하게는 100 내지 250㎏/㎥의 벌크 밀도를 갖는 다공성 압축 성형 부품, 및 b) 압축 성형 부품을 덮는 필름으로 이루어지고, 압축 성형 부품을 덮는 필름은 감압된 후 용접 밀봉되는 것인 단열체이다.

Claims (7)

  1. a) 경질 플라스틱 발포체를 분말 또는 박편으로 미분시키고, 분말 또는 박편을 결합제를 사용하여 결합시키되, 동시에 또는 이어서 압축 성형시켜서 얻어지는, 50 내지 300㎏/㎥, 바람직하게는 100 내지 250㎏/㎥의 벌크 밀도를 갖는 다공성 압축 성형 부품, 및 b) 압축 성형 부품을 덮는 필름으로 이루어지고, 압축 성형 부품을 덮는 필름은 감압된 후 용접 밀봉되는 것인 단열체이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미분될 플라스틱 발포체가 폴리우레탄 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미분될 플라스틱 발포체가 낡은 냉장고를 재생하는 과정에서 얻어지는 재생 재료, 바람직하게는 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포체 분말 또는 발포체 박편이 0.01㎜ 내지 5㎜의 입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압축 성형 부품에 사용되는 결합제가 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압축 성형 부품은 임의로 낮은 압력 하에서 50 내지 250℃, 바람직하게는 120 내지 200℃의 온도로 가열됨으로써 휘발성 성분들이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열체.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 커버 필름이 다층 필름, 바람직하게는 폴리에틸렌/알루미늄 필름 또는 폴리에틸렌/폴리비닐 알코올 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열체.
