Abstract

PURPOSE:To regenerate the waste material of the hard urethane foam, and to utilize it effectively by crushing or cutting it and thermally compressing and molding a material obtained by applying and mixing a binding agent to the crushed or cut material. CONSTITUTION:The waste material of the hard urethane foam is crushed or cut and changed into chip forms. The chips, diameters thereof are 20mm.phi or lower and which are shaped in uneven chip-shaped forms, are preferable because they are filled exhaustively when compression. The material acquired by applying and mixing the binding agent to the chips is filled in a mold in the presence of adhesives, thermally compressed and molded together with a facing material, and reacted and cured, and an integral shape is formed.
