Abstract

본 발명은 미세한 입자가 없는 ″중간 크기의 (centered)″ 입자 크기 및 수성 매질에서의 현저하게 향상된 용해도를 가지는 신규한 히드록시프롤피-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물(Pulverulent Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin Composition)에 관한 것이다.
본 조성물은 또한 우수한 유동성을 가지며 압착할 수 있는 이점을 가진다.
또한 본 발명은 상기 히드록시프로필-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

히드록시프로필-B-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물 및 그의 제조방법(PULVERULENT HYDROXYPROPYL-B-CYCLODEXTRIN COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR ITS PREPARATION).

Claims (8)

  1. 입자의 크기가 100 마이크론 보다 작은 입자를 25 % 이하로 포함하며, 고형 성분이 20 % 인 용액의 수성 매질에서의 (본 발명의 실험 I에 따라 측정한) 용해시간 이 21℃ 에서 5분 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시프로필-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 본 발명의 실험 I에 따라 측정한 용해시간이 3분 이하이며, 바람직하게는 2분 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시프로필-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 입자의 크기가 40 마이크론 보다 작은 입자를 10% 이상 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시프로필-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자의 크기가 315 마이크론 보다 큰 입자률 40 % 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시프로필-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항이 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동도 (flow grade)는 60 내지 90, 바람직하게는 70 내지 85인 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시프로필-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀도(aerated apparent density)는 300 내지 650 g/l, 바람직하게는 350 내지 600 g/l 인 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시프로필-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본 발명의 실험 Ⅱ에 따라 결정된 압착성이 30 N 이상, 바람직하게는 60 N 이상, 보다 바람직하게는 100 N 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시프로필-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물.
  8. 하기의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시프로필-β-사이클로덱스트린 분말 조성물의 제조방법.
    - 고형 성분을 최소 30% 포함하는 HPβCD 용액의 제조.
    - 이 용액을 HPβCD 입자의 이동 분말 베드 (moving pulverulent bed) 위에 균일하게 스프레이. 이 베드의 온도는 40℃ 에서 110℃ 사이이고, 이 베드의 무게는 한시간 당 스프레이된 용액 무게의 최소한 0.5배를 계속하여 나타내도록 해야 함.
    - HPβCD 분말 조성물을 얻기 위한 분말 베드 및 용액의 건조.
    - 새로운 분말 HPβCD 베드를 구성할 수 있도록 조성물의 부분적 재사용.
