Abstract
본 발명에서는 예를 들면, 휠 로크 방지 제어부 또는 구동 슬립 제어부를 가지는 브레이크 장치등의 전자밸브를 제어하는 방법 및 베어 장치가 제공된다.
통류 상태로 전환 제어할 경우에, 미리 설정 가능한 기간(DT)의 사이의 제1의 국면에 있어서, 전류는 제1의 함수에 따라서 제1의 전류치(I1)로부터 제3의 전류치(I2)로 강하하고, 또한 상기 전류는 제2의 국면에 있어서, 이 기간에 걸쳐서 거의 일정한 상태가 되도록 상기 밸브가 제어된다.

Claims (6)
- 휠 로크 방지 제어부 또는 구동 슬립 제어부를 가지는 브레이크 장치등의 전자 밸브의 제어방법에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 제1의 전류치(I1)를 공급하면 제1의 상태를 취하고, 제2의 전류치(0)를 공급하면 제2의 상태를 취하며, 전환 제어의 경우에는 소정의 기간(DT)의 사이의 제1의 국면중에 전류가 제1의 함수에 따라서 제1의 전류치(I1)로부터 제3의 전류치(12)로 이행하고, 상기 전류가 제2국면에 있어서 거의 일정하게 유지되도록 상기 밸브를 제어하고 , 상기 제3의 전류치(I2)는 제1의 전류치(11)와제2의 전류치(0)의 사이에 위치하는것을 특징으로하는 전자 밸브의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 함수는 전류가 상기 소정의 기간(DT)의 나중에 미리설정 가능한 제3의 전류치(I2)로 되도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브의 제어방법.
- 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, 제3의 전류치(I2)또는 소정의시간(DT)은 적어도 1개의 압력차 또는 원하는 압력 구배에서 미리 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브의 제어 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2의 국면에 있어서의 전류(I2)는 이 기간에 걸치는 압력 변화에 추종하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브의 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 휠 로크 방지 제어부 또는 구동 슬립 제어부를 가지는 브레이크 장치의 인렛 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브의 제어방법.
- 휠 로크 방지 제어부 또는 구동 슬립 제어부를 가지는 브레이크 장치등의 전자 밸브의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 제1의 전류치(I1)를 공급하면 제1의 상태를 취하고, 제2의 전류치(0)를 공급하면 제2의 상태를 취하며, 전환제어의 경우에, 소정의시간(DT)의 사이의 제1의 국면중에 전류가 제1의 함수에 따라서 제1의 전류치(I1)로부터 제3의 전류치(I2)로 이행하고, 상기 전류가 제2의 국면중에 거의 일정하게 유지되도록 상기밸브를 제어하기 위한 수단이 설치되고, 상기 제3의 전류치(I2)는 제1의 전류치(I1)와 제2의 전류치(0)의 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브 제어의 장치※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
