Abstract

절삭 삽입체는 초경합금 또는 세라믹으로 제작되며 금속 재료의 절삭 가공에 사용되게 된다. 상기 절삭 삽입체는 나사가 있는 중심 구멍(9)을 갖는다. 이것은 매끄러운 구멍 표면을 갖는 더 큰 직경의 구멍을 가능하게 하며 이에 의해서 공지된 삽입체에서 보다 큰 체결력을 일으킨다.

Claims (3)

  1. 홀더의 절삭 삽입체에 체결되도록 된 잠금 나사를 수용하기 위한 구멍(9,9')을 포함하며, 적절하게는 금속 재료의 절삭 가공을 위하여, 초경합금 또는 세라믹과 같은 적절한 경화 재료로 된 초경합금 절삭 삽입체에 있어서, 상기 구멍(9,9')에는 전체적 또는 적어도 부분적으로 나사가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍(9,9')은 중심부에 위치하여 있고 관통 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절삭 삽입체가 주입 성형으로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
