Claims (4)

  1. 금속격막, 상기 금속격막의 중심부에 배설되는 세라믹판 및 그 외주연부에 형성된 지지링으로 구성되는 압전세라믹 음향변환기에 있어서, 상기 금속격막이 상기 세라믹판과 지지링사이에 위치하는 최소한 하나이상의 동심원적 환상홈을 갖추고 있음을 특징으로 하는 압전세라믹 음향변환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환상홈이, 상기 금속격막에 지지링이 형성된 후, 격막위에 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 압전세라믹 음향변환기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환상홈의 깊이가 다양하게 변화될 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 압전세라믹 음향변환기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지링으로부터 상기 환상홈까지의 거리가 다양하게 변화될 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 압전세라믹 음향변환기.
