제1도 내지 제4도는 본발명 제1의 실시예를 도시하는 것으로서, 제1도는 엔드밀의 평면도, 제2도는 정면도, 제3도는 팁부착시트의 공구직경 방향에 있어서의 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 공구본체의 선단부에 팁부착시트(12)가 형성되고, 이 팁부착시트(12)의 저면에 재치된 드로우어웨어팁(5)이 상기한 저면으로 개구하는 나사구멍(20)에 비틀어 넣어지는 클램프나사(6)로 압압고정 되어서 이루어지는 드로우웨어식 절삭공구에 있어서, 상기한 팁무착시트(12)의 저면축에, 공구분체보다도 경도가 낮은 연질부(19)를 형성하고, 이 연질부에 상기한 나사구멍을 형성한 것을 특징으로하는 드로우웨어식 절삭공구.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 연질부(19)를 팁부착시트(12)의 저면축에 매설된 공구분체(11)보다도 저경도의 연질재로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이식 절삭공구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 연질재(19)를 공구본체(11)에 대하여 착탈자재하게 설치란 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이식 절삭공구.
