Abstract

내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체(10)는 내연 기관에 장착하기 위한 구성 장치로써 결합되고 상호 연결된 냉각제 펌프(16), 오일 냉각기 장치(12) 및 오일 여과 장치(14)를 포함한다. 오일 냉각기 장치(12)는 오일 통로 및 냉각제 통로(34)를 구비한 하우징을 포함하며, 통로는 통로를 지나 유동하는 오일 및 냉각제 사이에서 열교환이 이루어지도록 배열된다. 하우징(18)은 내연 기관에 부착되기 위한 장착면(26)을 가지며, 오일 통로 및 냉각제 통로는 각각 엔진 벽에 있는 오목부 내부에 위치한 장착면을 지나서 연장한다. 조립체(10)는 기관 덮개의 크기를 줄일 수 있다. 본 발명은 또한 조립체 및 조립체를 위한 단일 기초 구조를 포함하는 내연 기관에 관한 것이다.

내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체(AN ASSEMBLY OF AUXILIARY APPARATUS FOR AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE)

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 조립체의 또 다른 실시예의 냉각제 펌프 접속 단부를 향하는 방향에서 도시한 측면도이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 내연 기관에 장착하기 위한 구성 장치로서 결합되고 상호 연결된 냉각제 펌프, 오일 냉각기 장치 및 오일여과 장치를 포함하며, 상기 오일 냉각기 장치는 오일 통로 및 냉각제 통로를 구비한 하우징을 가지고, 상기 통로는 통로를 지나 유동하는 오일과 냉각제 사이에서 열교환 할 수 있도록 배열되며, 상기 하우징은 내연기관에 부착하기 위한 장착면을 가지며, 오일 통로와 냉각제 통로는 각각 기관 벽내의 오목부에 위치한 장착면을 지나서 연장하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하우징은 기관안에 있는 오목부에 위치하고 기관의 냉각제 재킷의 일부를 형성하는 내부덮개에 위치하는 나머지 부분을 갖는 외부 덮개 내부에 부분적으로 위치한 오일 통로 및 냉각제 통로를 각각 갖는 두 부분의 부조립체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부 덮개는 냉각기 장치를 기관의 원통 블록에 부착시키기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 하우징의 내부 및 외부 덮개는 외부 덮개가 기관에 고정될 때 내부 덮개를 적당한 위치에 있게 조이도록 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 내부 덮개는 기관의 벽에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오일 통로는 판형 냉각기 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체.
  6. 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각제 펌프를 오일 냉각기 장치에 접속시키는 수단은 하우징의 외부 덮개에 결합된 일체형 냉각제 입구 접속부를 갖는 냉각제 펌프 배면판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 외부 덮개는 오일 여과 장치를 오일 냉각기 장치에 접속시킬 수 있도록 결합된 수단을 또한 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체.
  8. 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각제 통로를 지나 유동하는 냉각제가 기관의 냉각제 재킷과 직접 통하는 내부 덮개에 있는 틈새를 지나 오일 냉각기 장치 하우징을 빠져나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각제 통로 및 오일 통로를 위한 오일 냉각기 장치 하우징내의 입구 및 출구부는 냉각제 통로를 지나 오일이 유동하는 냉각제의 유동 방향과 대향하는 하우징에 대한 방향으로 오일 통로를 지나 유동하도록 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 보조 장치 조립체.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 보조 장치 조립체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관.
  11. 내연 기관에 오일 냉각기 장치, 오일 여과 장치 및 냉각제 펌프를 장착하기 위한 단일 기초 구조에 있어서, 이격되어 있는 관계로 오일 냉각기 요소를 적어도 부분적으로 에워싸기 위한 하우징; 상기 하우징과 일체로 형성되며 냉각제 펌프의 일부를 구성하도록 배열된 제1수단; 및 상기 하우징과 일체로 형성되며 대체 가능한 여과 장치를 위한 여과기 헤드를 구성하도록 배열된 제2수단을 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2수단은 단일 기초구조에 서로 근접하도록 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 기초 구조.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2수단은 하우징의 단부에서 서로 근접하도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 기초 구조.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 하우징은 내연 기관에 부착시키기 위한 장착면을 가지며, 오일 냉각기요소는 기관 벽내의 오목부에 위치한 장착면을 지나서 연장하도록 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 기초 구조.
  14. 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하우징은 기관내의 오목부에 위치하고 기관의 냉각제 재킷의 일부를 형성하는 내부 덮개에 위치하는 나머지 부분을 갖는 외부 덮개 내부에 부분적으로 위치한 오일 냉각기 요소가 있는 두 부분의 부조립체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 기초 구조.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 외부 덮개는 냉각기 장치를 기관의 원통 블록에 부착시키기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 하우징의 내부 및 외부 덮개는 외부 덮개가 기관에 고정될 때 내부 덮개를 적당한 위치에 있게 조이도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 기초 구조.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 내부 덮개는 기관 벽에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징을 하는 단일 기초 구조.
