- Ölmodul für einen Motor eines Kraftfahrzeuges, mit einer Ölpumpe (6), die Öl aus einer Ölwanne (2) ansaugt und einen Ölkreis zur Versorgung des Motors mit Öl antreibt, mit einem Ölkühler (11), der an einen durch eine Kühlmittelpumpe (101) angetriebenen Kühlmittelkreis und an den Ölkreis angeschlossen ist, und mit einem an den Ölkreis angeschlossenes Ölfilter (12), wobei die Fluidverbindungen zwischen Ölmodul (1) und Motor sowie zwischen den Bestandteilen des Ölmoduls (1) als in das Ölmodul (1) integrierte Leitungen und/oder Anschlüsse ausgebildet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Ölmodul (1) ein Seitenteil (3) der Ölwanne (2) umfaßt, das sich entlang einer Stirnseite des Motors erstreckt,daß die Ölpumpe (6), der Ölkühler (11), die Kühlmittelpumpe (101), sowie das Ölfilter (12) an oder in diesem Seitenteil (3) angeordnet sind, unddaß das Seitenteil (3) der Ölwanne (2) auf der der Stirnseite des Motors zugewandten Seite offen ausgebildet und durch die Montage am Motor durch dessen Stirnseite verschließbar ist. - Ölmodul nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Seitenteil (3) der Ölwanne (2) und die Ölwanne (2) als voneinander separierbare Bauteile ausgebildet sind. - Ölmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Seitenteil (3) der Ölwanne (2), die Kühlmittelpumpe (101) und ein Gehäuse (16) des Ölfilters (12) oder das Seitenteil (3) der Ölwanne (2) und das Ölfiltergehäuse (16) oder die Kühlmittelpumpe (101) und das Ölfiltergehäuse (16) einteilig ausgebildet sind. - Ölmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zylindrischer Tubus (14) des Ölfiltergehäuses (16) als ein vom übrigen Ölfiltergehäuse (16) separierbares Bauteil ausgebildet ist. - Ölmodul nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlmittelpumpe (101) und der Tubus (14) des Ölfiltergehäuses (16) einteilig ausgebildet sind. - Ölmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölkühler (11) am Seitenteil (3) der Ölwanne (2) angeordnet ist, wobei die zugehörigen Anschlüsse und Leitungen in das Seitenteil (3) integriert sind. - Ölmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölkühler (11) am Seitenteil (3) und an einem Gehäuse (102) der Kühlmittelpumpe (101) angeordnet ist, wobei die Anschlüsse und Leitungen kühlmittelseitig in das Kühlmittelpumpengehäuse (102) und ölseitig in das Seitenteil (3) integriert sind. - Ölmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölkühler (11) am Seitenteil (3) und an einem Gehäuse (102) der Kühlmittelpumpe (101) angeordnet ist, wobei ein Anschluß und eine Leitung, insbesondere zur Zuführung von Öl aus der Ölwanne (2) in das Seitenteil (3) integriert sind. - Ölmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ölpumpe in der Ölwanne, insbesondere an der Stirnseite des Motors innerhalb des Seitenteils (3) der Ölwanne (2) angeordnet ist. - Ölmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Antriebswelle (8) des Motors durch das Seitenteil (3) abgedichtet durchgeführt ist. - Ölmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verbindungen und/oder Anschlüsse zwischen den Komponenten des Ölmoduls und/oder zwischen dem Ölmodul und dem Motor als Steckverbindungen ausgebildet sind. - Ölmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gehäuse (102) der Kühlmittelpumpe (101) einen saugseitigen Hauptanschluß 106 und einen druckseitigen Hauptanschluß (105) sowie zusätzlich einen saugseitigen Nebenanschluß (109) und einen druckseitigen Nebenanschluß (108) aufweist, wobei die Nebenanschlüsse (108, 109) jeweils einen geringeren Durchströmungsquerschnitt aufweisen als die Hauptanschlüsse (105, 106). - Ölmodul nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (102) der Kühlmittelpumpe (101) einseitig offen ausgebildet und durch die Montage am Motor durch dessen Stirnseite verschließbar ist. - Ölmodul nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nebenanschlüsse (108, 109) als Bestandteil einer Steckverbindung zwischen der Kühlmittelpumpe (101) und dem Seitenteil (3) ausgebildet sind und über in das Seitenteil (3) integrierte Leitungen zum Anschluß des Ölkühlers (11) dienen. - Ölmodul nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nebenanschlüsse (108, 109) jeweils als Muffe (110) oder Stecker (112) der Steckverbindung ausgebildet sind und in Achsrichtung parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind. - Ölmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Steckverbindung durch einen radial wirkenden Dichtring (114, 118, 121) abgedichtet ist, der zwischen Muffe (110, 117, 123) und Stecker (112) angeordnet ist. - Ölmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der Nebenanschlüsse (108, 109) über ein Verbindungsrohr (113) mit einer zugeordneten, mit dem Ölkühler kommunizierenden Anschlußöffnung (125) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Nebenanschluß (108, 109) und die Anschlußöffnung (125) jeweils als Muffe (110, 123) ausgebildet sind, während das Verbindungsrohr (113) an seinen axialen Enden jeweils als zu diesen Muffen (110, 123) korrespondierender Stecker (112) ausgebildet ist. - Ölmodul nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Kühlmittelpumpengehäuse (102) zugeordnete Muffe (110), die dem Ölkühler (11) zugeordnete Muffe (123) und die Stecker (112) des Verbindungsrohres (113) derart ausgebildet und aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß das Verbindungsrohr (113) mit Spiel in den Nebenanschluß (108, 109) des Kühlmittelpumpengehauses (102) und in die dem Ölkühler (11) zugeordnete Anschlußöffnung (125) einführbar ist, wobei zur Abdichtung vorgesehene Dichtringe (114) entsprechend ausgebildet sind. - Ölmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Ölfilter ein Druckregelventil für den Ölkreislauf des Verbrennungsmotors und/oder der Ölkühler in die Ölwanne oder deren Seitenteil und/oder ein Temperaturregler und/oder ein Ölniveau-Geber in die Ölwanne oder deren Seitenteil und/oder ein Ölmeßstab oder ein dafür vorgesehener Anschluß in die Ölwanne oder deren Seitenteil und/oder ein Öleinfüllrohr in die Ölwanne oder deren Seitenteil und/oder in das Öleinfüllrohr ein Ölnebelabscheider für die Kurbelgehäusegase und/oder ein Kurbelgehäuse-Entlüftungsventil in die Ölwanne oder deren Seitenteil und/oder eine Aufnahme für einen Ölmeßstab in die Ölwanne oder deren Seitenteil und/oder in die Ölwanne oder deren Seitenteil eine Heizschlange für Kraftstoff-Vorwärmung integriert ist.
